Life is Ever-changing and Everlasting
Income for life is a defined benefit like our social security system.
Income for more than one lifetime is multi-generational defined benefit.
Multi-Generational income from irrevocable trust that lasts centuries is legacy planning.
In my book “Crossing the Bar” a memoir on my “Life. Changes. Challenges. Choices.” I addressed in its introduction that “life is too short” a reality check graphically brought into sharp focus for me when my wife of fifty years died suddenly of a massive stroke in July 2017 just after that book’s completion.
A human lifespan measures about one hundred years, animal lifespans are usually shorter like those of our dogs and cats as we animal lovers are acutely aware. All our clocks begin at conception when our hearts start beating and it will cease at our natural death when God calls us home.
My writing an extra chapter for my memoir allowed me this opportunity to describe the passing of my wife Mai (May) and tell the story of the apparition caught in a digital picture of her looking in the kitchen window of our 200-year-old farmhouse. That window was nine feet above the ground, and the incident occurred a week after her death.
“Crossing the Bar” my first book still left me with time remaining on my clock, I was only seventy-five and since both of my parents lived to be ninety there was a strong possibility, I might have 10 to 15 years left on my clock. The experiences our family went through are all spelled out and depicted in my memoir. We all are human Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual beings.
All of us experience the loss of a loved one during our lifetime. Normally everyone during their lifespan help family and friends get through the traumatic and emotional events of life through our empathy. By applying our unique gifts and talents no matter if they were developed, earned, or received as a gift their use are there for the benefit of others. The greatest part in giving gifts is the joy we receive in sharing them. We also receive graces when we do so for the honor and glory of God.
In my case the gifts received during my life’s experiences was the wisdom, which led me through many of life’s “Changes. Challenges. Choices.” hence the need for this book “Financial Planning to Infinity.”
This book Financial Planning to Infinity primarily written to help the middle-class avoid Financial Enslavement and Entrapment by American institutions and help them learn how to earn money, conserve money, use money for the benefit of their families and all others encountered on their journey during their lifespan and beyond since leaving a financial legacy is within everyone’s capability. A legacy is not just a prerogative of the affluent.
